After checkout, you’ll receive an inquiry form via email where you’ll tell us your pup’s theme, preferred flavor, color, pick-up location, and preferred time.
We’ll review your request and confirm pricing based on your custom selections.
📌 Important: Your cake order is not confirmed until we receive your completed inquiry form. If no form is returned, there will be no cake prepared.
⏳ Order Timeline:
All custom cakes require at least 4–5 business days’ notice to secure your spot on our baking schedule. Cakes are made either the day before or day of pick-up/delivery to ensure freshness.
